How it works

- Email 3 photos to support@petandpaw.online with your order number in the subject.
- We reply within 72 hours with your video, ready to share.
The 3 photos that work best
- Face, straight on — eyes visible, no sunglasses or heavy shadow.
- Full body, standing — so we get their shape and proportions right.
- Doing something — playing, sleeping, mid-yawn. This one sets the mood.
Phone photos are perfect. Daylight is better than flash. The sharper the photo, the better the video.
What it is, honestly
The video is generated with artificial intelligence from your photos. It is an artistic interpretation of your pet — not a real recording, and not a portrait that will match every detail of their coat or markings. Sometimes the AI gets a paw wrong. If your video comes out strange, tell us and we will make another one.
Your photos
By sending photos you confirm they are yours and that we may use them to generate your video. We use them only for that. We will never publish your pet or your video anywhere without asking you first.
The limit
This is manual work, so we make up to 10 videos per day. When the day's slots are gone the offer pauses and reopens the next morning — we would rather do ten properly than a hundred badly.
