Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that this is in addition to processing time.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or high-volume periods such as holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Multiple Shipments
If you order more than one item, your products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping costs for this.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support.petandpaw@gmail.com immediately — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support.petandpaw@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
